This property was perfect for our family of 4 (2 college-aged kids). After the Christmas week crowds in Sedonaand long days of hiking and toursit was wonderful to retreat to a place that felt peaceful and relaxing. The home was spotlessly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, giving everyone room to unwind. We especially appreciated having laundry on site. The beds were very comfortable, and the showers had excellent water pressure. The location was amazingclose to everything we wanted to do, yet tucked away enough to feel remote and quiet. We also loved the new dining table and the additional outdoor Adirondack chairs that werent pictured. The beautiful nature views from every window made the home feel even more special. This was exactly the kind of home base you want in Sedona, and we would absolutely stay here again.

This Cougar Drive home delivers stunning views. We started each morning gazing at Cathedral Rock glowing in the distance. The home provided our daily staging area to plan our activities and return to after a fun day to discuss the forever memories we made together as a family. Thank you Foothills! All the other reviews are so very accurate. Extremely clean, still smells brand new, and so many very thoughtful amenities (down to sticky notes, small paper bags for building impromptu picnics, everything labeled, etc). The massive kitchen island provided our gathering point for eating, snacking, and even family game night. Convenient location to many iconic trails and others less traveled, that makes all the difference for unique photography. We had an easy assent to Chapel of the Holy Cross to beat early morning crowds and got to meet global pilgrims. Foothills team are great hosts and very responsive if you have any questions. We truly loved our stay and plan to be back soon!

It was a clean, spacious, great overall place to stay with family. I gazed a fantastic night sky with thousands of stars at the terrace.

We absolutely loved our stay in Sedona with Foothills Property Management. The home was beautifully decorated, very well organized, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Communication was excellent they were extremely responsive and provided clear, thoughtful details that made everything easy and stress-free. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Sedona and close to so many things to do. We especially loved the garage full of games and all of the amenities throughout the home it truly felt welcoming and thoughtfully set up for guests. The perfect place for a visit to Sedona! Loved walking my dog Phoebe around the beautiful neighborhood. So easy to get to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, etc. Didnt have time to enjoy the pool and hot tub but hope to next time!

It was a beautiful house and well-stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. We were traveling with another couple and we really liked how the house was laid out. We loved the location. It was especially convenient to Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock. A very nice grocery store and cafe was just a few minutes away. We would be happy staying here again.

This was my fifth trip to Sedona, and this Airbnb had the best view of any place Ive ever stayed. Being able to walk straight from the house onto hiking trails, including two directions toward Snoopy Rock, was a huge bonus. No dealing with parking. You just step outside and youre in nature. At the same time, its just as easy to stay in. Sitting by the gas fireplace and watching the sunset hit the red rocks was pretty unbeatable. The place is very spacious, and the kitchen is more than adequate for settling in and actually enjoying Sedona rather than constantly eating out. The hosts were proactive and clearly have hosting down to a science. We never needed to reach out because everything was already thought through and right at our fingertips. I would absolutely stay here again.

Seriously one of the best AirBnb experiences ever - end-to-end it was perfect! The house and all the fun and thoughtful amenities, location, check-in process, response from the property manager, etc. I also really appreciated not having a check-out laundry list that feels like work to get out the door. It was a quick and easy drive to all of the trails and Tlaquepaque shopping area. The house was organized, very clean and had everything we needed! We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The home was exactly as pictured, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. We truly felt at home and were blown away by the breathtaking views. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and amazing hiking trails. As a small suggestion, it might be nice to add a Bluetooth speaker for guests who enjoy listening to music during their stay. We also wanted to mention that the firepit table did not seem to be working properly. We followed the directions multiple times and it would light using the starter, but it would not stay lit on any setting. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely love to stay again. Everything was exactly as picturedif not better! The house and furnishings were lovely, and we felt comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. The views were truly breathtaking, with the surrounding mountains providing a stunning backdrop. We especially loved watching the sunrise and sunset each dayit never got old. The location was perfect: close to shops and restaurants, and near some of the best hiking trails weve ever experienced. We couldnt have asked for a better stay and would absolutely love to return!
