The location of this condo is in a great location. You can walk to a few nice restaurants and is very close to all the major hiking trails. The condo felt very spacious for a family of 4 with a nice dining area and living room. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need including a big fridge. Each bedroom was plenty big enough and the private backyard area was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Cottonwood home! The location was excellent, and the management company was incredibly responsive with great communication from booking all the way through check-out. The home was clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything a family could need to feel truly comfortablevery much a home away from home. The garage playroom was a huge hit, with basketball, table tennis, foosball, and a variety of arcade games that kept my boys entertained. We also loved the split floor plan, which was perfect for giving part of the group a quiet retreat to relax and watch TV in their rooms. The gas-powered fireplace was ideal for cozy evenings after a full day of exploring town, and the Arizona room was a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee and a good book. We truly had no complaints and sincerely appreciated all the thoughtful accommodations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The home is a fantastic place to stay. The hosts were responsive, the home was clean, the home contained everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the home is impeccably furnished/decorated. The home itself is beautiful, but the views from the home are unparalleled. I would definitely consider staying here again if in the area and strongly recommend this place to folks with larger groups who want a great experience staying in the Verde Valley.

The house was extremely well equipped, very clean and was organized wonderfully. My daughter and I always tend to be cold and requested a small space heater and even that was provided to us at no charge and was extremely helpful to us. We had such a calm and peaceful stay in this house and I highly recommend this house as well as Foothills property management. You wont be disappointed.!!

Great location near local hiking spots! Many were walkable from the Airbnb. The space is modern, yet cozy with its awesome fireplace. Beds are amazingly comfortable and black out curtains make sleeping a dream. Backyard is great! Highly recommend!

We just returned from staying at this property in Cottonwood, AZ. The location is perfect for those who want to go to Sedona but don't want to stay there. The week we visited Sedona was very busy so it was nice to get out of the craziness at night. The home was clean and just as described. It's in a culdesac in the back of a neighborhood but not crammed up against other houses. Very quiet and peaceful at night. This is a convenient location that was close to the many places we wanted to visit. The host was great with communication and local tips and left detailed instructions in the home as well as by email. Highly recommend!!

This property is on a beautifully quiet street (but close to restaurants and shops). You can walk down the street and enter a maze of breathtaking walking and running trails. Close to all local attractions by car. House is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need, from games to reusable water bottles for hiking. Main bedroom and bath is on the other side of house from other two bedrooms, making it private. Everything has been newly renovated and is in pristine condition. Very comfy beds!

We stayed here while visiting Sedona and would absolutely stay in this condo again! It is close to popular hiking trails (Cathedral and Bell Rock) and about 20 minutes from downtown Sedona, so it was easy to get into town for dinners. Walkable to some nearby restaurants and the grocery store. The condo was very clean and organized. Everything was labeled and well stocked - the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and dishes/pots were all in good shape. Appreciated that they provided everything we could need, including laundry detergent and all the essentials. Many of the places we saw to stay in the area had a bed and pull out couch, so we loved having 2 bedrooms and the mattresses were very comfortable. Would recommend and stay again!

One of the best Airbnbs weve stayed in. Every aspect was fantastic. A beautiful home in a great location, easy to all activities, restaurants, trails but very peaceful too. Highlight for us was our morning hot tubs whilst watching the hot air balloons fly over (approx 8am each day) with the stunning red rocks in the background. Car definitely needed though. Book it - you will not be disappointed!

Check in was super easy, house was beautiful and had all essentials for a comfortable stay. Location was away enough to give us a sense of privacy and close enough to things to male trips easy. The javalina house was the perfect choice for us. Conveniently located to downtown shops and restaurants and hiking trails that kept us exploring right out our door. The chapel area is absolutely beautiful. The home is spacious with all the comforts. Large enough for our children and grandchildren to stay under one roof with privacy.
