I found Foot Hills Rental staff courteous and helpful. When we had an issue, and it was very minor, they took care of it within minutes. From what I have observed the staff is responsive and take care of issues immediately.

Our stay in West Sedona was lovely. I have stayed in the Nepenthe community four times, in different units. The grounds are clean and beautifully landscaped, and the atmosphere is relaxed and quiet. It's in a great location. Close to shopping and trail heads. You can hike to the top of Airport or head south into Carol Canyon right from the front door. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of bath and bed linens. We stayed in January, and found the heating system to be a challenge. The furnace is located upstairs, which keeps the upstairs cozy but the lower level is on the cool side. We used the fireplace to help heat the lower level. This set up is more efficient for A/C in warmer weather. I recommend staying in this clean and comfortable Nepenthe unit.

We were 3 adults staying in early December, we had a great time! Though the house design and decoration were a bit too much in our opinion, the place was all we needed for a week's stay. The bedrooms are nice, the living room area was cozy and had enough room for all of us, the kitchen is well equipped and there is a nice outdoor area that we didn't use because it was too cold. There is a pool and hot tub in the community center which we used and enjoyed a lot! The internet connection was good for all of us to work remotely and have video calls. We would be happy to come again!

Nepenthe HOA Rules & Information:
It has a seasonal community pool, heated May thru September, possibly an additional 2 weeks in April or October, depending on the weather & temperatures each year. The Hot Tub is open year-round. Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub. No alcohol, glass, or food in the pool area. There is no on-street parking. Cars must be in the garage or carport. Not in guest parking spaces. Cars must be 18' or less long, and less than 70" high to fit in the garage. No RV parking is allowed.
