Property very clean and quiet. Even though back of property is facing a main street, inside home very quiet. Everything we needed was provided - all kitchen utensils, appliances, extra linens. We had a little bit of trouble getting into our house as the code would not work. I emailed the team and they got back with me in a short couple of minutes. Then I was able to make a quick phone call and the issue was taken care of with ease. The team member was very friendly and helpful.

The cleaning team was sent out to help us clean when the vacuum didnt work.

We had a very nice stay at the property. Upon arrival one of the mattresses was worn out. The owner then had a new mattress delivered. The bathtub drain was clogged so a maintenance person came out to fix that. There was a plumbing problem with the outside backyard faucet so that was worked on while we were there. We had to purchase a blanket because the one provided had what looked like dried blood on it and some kind of black stains. In spite of all this we enjoyed our visit in the condo and we were so happy that the owner welcomed our golden retriever!! She was very pleasant and left us a wonderful bottle of wine.

It has a seasonal community pool, heated May thru September, possibly an additional 2 weeks in April or October, depending on the weather & temperatures each year. The Hot Tub is open year-round. Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub. No alcohol, glass, or food in the pool area. The Pool and Spa community area are monitored by video cameras. There is no on-street parking. Cars must be in the garage or carport. Not in guest parking spaces. Cars must be 18' or less long, and less than 70" high to fit in the garage. No RV parking is allowed.
