Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub. No alcohol, glass, or food in the pool area. The Pool and Hot Tub community area are monitored by video cameras. There is no on-street parking. Cars must be in the garage or carport. Not in guest parking spaces. Cars must be 18' or less long, and less than 70" high to fit in the garage. No RV parking is allowed.
