Majestic Sunset is the first house we have rented as we usually stay in hotels, therefore I had several questions that required speaking to someone that knew the property.
The team members I talked with were friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive to any requests.
Owning a Customer Service based business myself, I tend to have high expectations. Foothills team met my expectations!!!

Over the years I have heard terrible stories about vacation rentals, so I was skeptical.
Majestic Sunset is exactly what you see online! Its a lovely warm inviting home that sits on a very serene private property.
There were six adults in our group and the house is spacious enough that we could have our own private space if desired. Personally, my favorite was sitting in the living room looking out at the majestic red rocks! Fabulous!!!

The home was absolutely lovely. The mgmt team was responsive and polite. The views from the home and the location was ideal. We could enjoy the majesty of the Red Rocks from our porch or use the home as a base for great hiking trails. Wonderfully close to restaurants, stores and highway. The only suggestion I would make is that there was not enough serving dishes/platters. Plenty of nice cookware but not much for serving. Overall a fantastic experience.
