Additional Information: The Common Area sofa is a sleeper, there are work desks in both the Common Area and the Master Bedroom, and the remotes to the blinds are on the wall next to the kitchen and in the master bedroom (instructions in the guest directory), please put outdoor furniture cushions into the chest during bad weather, there is a parking pass located on the shelf and the grill in the backyard is an electric George Forman. 

Community Pool & Hot Tub: Hot Tub is heated year-round. The pool is only open and heated seasonally from May 1 until Nov. 1. Could be heated sooner or later than these dates, depending on the temperatures and weather in our area. Please follow the complex rules and keep track of the pool key.
