The only time I had an interaction with the team was when the boiler for the hot water was down. I received an email and text message in regard to the issue. Me and my husband was out on a hike when the boiler went down. The hot water was back on by the time we got back. That worked perfectly.

We had a fabulous time! The hood over the stove could be more level with the stove top to collect all the heat/steam from using the larger burners on the front of the stove. The coffee maker was very particular to get a normal pot of coffee from. We brought grounds vs whole beans. Only used the machine twice. The rest of the kitchen appliances we did not use. Everything else worked out great! In a year or 2 we will be back! We will see if this place will be available to us again. The location is perfect for all the hiking we do in the area of Oak Creek. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!

The communication was very good! Before check-in we were provided with several resources about the property and surrounding area - hiking, dining, etc. We found d that very helpful and referenced it many times during our stay. We also received timely communication about check-out.

The property was very clean and comfortable. All the necessities were provided. Our only criticism is there was not a cheat of drawers in the bedroom. We were able to hang most of our clothes in the closest but for shorts, swimsuits, etc, we constantly had to dig in our suitcases to find them. Having some drawers would have been nice and seems like a basic piece of furniture for the bedroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great as it was near the grocery store, coffee shops, yoga studio and hiking.

Pets: No pets allowed - If any unauthorized pet(s) is found in the property, a $1,000.00 penalty will be assessed to the Guest(s) per pet. 

The community pool is seasonal, the community hot tub is open year-round. Tennis and pickleball courts are located in the center of the complex and are open from dawn til dusk.

Guests can park in front of building "C" - Do Not Park in the allocated carport C3 spot (the owner does not want guests to park here, no exceptions).

Water heaters are located in a central boiler room that only the onsite maintenance man has access to - call Dan at 928-284-8539.
