All communications from Foothills Rentals staff was friendly. All check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to understand. They made the rental process very easy.

The Bonita property was perfect! It was exactly as pictured on the web site, so there were no surprises upon check in. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equiped and had everything you would need for your stay. We loved all the decor and little extras that made it really feel like a home. We would love to come back and stay again and would feel comfortable booking any property with Foothills.

I booked through VRBO. However, the arrival and checkout information was provided in a timely manner. Instructions were clear and concise. The overall experience with the Foothills Property Management was great.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at the property. It suited us perfectly and we would definitely stay again. I noted from the materials I received from the management team that I can book through you directly. That is exactly what I would like to do and am very delighted that is possible. Since we are "persons of a certain age" the benefit of booking directly through you is that perhaps we can select a ground floor condo. The property is well maintained, so conveniently located for our preference and conveniences of local grocery shopping, restaurants, etc. The grounds are beautiful.

Great communication for getting to property and check out

Yes its dated but very clean and worked well for the family of 5 again we didnt hang out much at property so it was perfect. Yes its near the cemetery but my husband and I walked thru one morning and its the most beautiful and peaceful cemetery its not creepy would stay here again

All questions were answered quickly. Members were friendly and very knowledgeable.

Property exceeded all expectations. The views were breathtaking and the house itself was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable; not only for the adults, but the kids as well.

My familys stay at Circle Drive - S002 completely exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place for us. The layout of the upstairs and downstairs suited us and allowed us to gather and have separate space for downtime after day hikes, especially nice to have the kids downstairs. The proximity to downtown Sedona was ideal and we walked to the shops twice without having to drive. Would 100% stay again.

The staff was prompt to reply, clear in their communication and friendly in their tone.

This property is situated beside a fairway of a golf course that is backdropped by red rock. hills. Green and red colour predominates. One day a small herd of deer crossed the fairway. Lovely. Being in Oak Creek gave easy access to Sedona and points West and South. The village was safe and friendly.

Overall an easy company to work with; good communication, reminder emails and thorough check in/out info.

This property was perfect for our 4 day stay. Two main priorities met; clean and quiet/safe neighborhood.

Simply put:Comfortable, Clean, Great location, & well We would totally stay at Foothill properties again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the home on Susan Way! We instantly felt at home when we walked in the door. The location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do. The home was extremely clean and the view out the living room windows was incredible ! We also loved watching the many birds eat from the birdfeeder on the deck. We would defiantly stay here again.
