Excellent. Staff members were knowledgeable of maintenance and servicing procedures and issues were quickly dealt with even if working after hours was required. Most commendable. The maintenance/ repair man is very pleasant and helpful and does excellent work. Recalls have never been needed. All staff members we have dealt with have a very friendly, helpful attitude. Just super !

Absolutely love it. The amenities and housewares are very adequate. Any special , additional items are easily transported from our northern residence. We definitely want to return.

Responses seemed a bit slow for routine inquiries. However, the response to matters of a more urgent nature was most impressive ( flickering and burned out undercounter lights and no propane close to a weekend). A team member was very willing to listen and accept our comments during a one on one after we checked out. Our reservations for this year and next were handled accurately. I found Foothills Property Management very easy to work with and would highly recommend them.

A big help was the guest hand book much like you find at a motel. It was very comprehensive and helpful. The appliances were outstanding and the Keurig coffee maker was a real treat. Owner's manuals for the appliances were available. The recirculating hot water system was fantastic. Instant hot water. Loved it ! Recommendations: additional table lighting in the master bedroom and living room, the TV in the living room could be updated. It's pretty small for the area. Overall, the place was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay very much.
