This property by far exceeded our expectations! It was very clean, spacious and very equipped with anything we could have possibly needed. The private back courtyard was perfect to take a rest before our next adventure in the area. So convenient to walk to the shopping/restaurant area in Sedona. The views just steps out of the driveway were spectacular! This property made us feel like HOME! Thank you Foothills for being such a big part of our first time to Arizona!

The house was perfect for a couple or small family. Had everything we needed. Simple touches like coffee and creamer, poofs and bedside lamps in the bedrooms, and amenities in the bathroom were all helpful. The house and yard were very nicely decorated. Highly recommend this property.

We loved this house....great updates and fantastic location....just 10 minute walk to tons of great restaurants and allowed us to avoid driving and heavy traffic/parking challenges that we'd have dealt with each evening if we were staying further from downtown Sedona. We're already talking about coming back and would absolutely rent the same house again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was easy to find and access, and the welcome basket was a nice touch. Two thumbs up for the grill. We loved the simplicity of the decor, the dishware, and several of the small touches (like the toothbrush caddie and makeup wash cloth). A couple of constructive suggestions. A higher quality cork screw, spice rack, additional night light, lighter (or matches) for candles, a soap holder for the shower shelf, water filter pitcher (Brita), and an 11:00-12:00 check out time would have enhanced our experience. In addition, relocating the welcome board to a less obvious location (it's essentially adjacent to the dining room table) could improve the overall look of the space (maybe blank wall by utility closet?).

The home has a nice charm to it and it is very nicely maintained. Everything we needed for our stay was there for us to use and the neighborhood is very quite. The only dumb problem with us was that the TV did not have a live TV antenna and we missed watching our football game! Also, the carpet in the living room had a few small stains especially in the walking areas, which I guess, is expected for carpet. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay and would come back again!

Beautiful home! This house amenities and ambience above a high end Hilton property. Plenty of personal care items, the entire kitchen stocked with new tools. This was a great oasis to renew and refresh. And I had a couple consulting mtgs, I was able to host my client with open space. The 1/2 bath and modern dinning areas was perfect for such meeting. Place is well lite with the options of a lot natural light. And the neighborhood was amazing. I went for evening walks and there are great and variety of views. Uptown Sedona is a 5 min walk a way, so no need to drive. Car can stay in the quality car port. My local friend stopped by. He said the place is perfect for an intimate healing retreat experience with a kitchen and space with the relaxing cozy feel. And with two bedrooms , it could be done with a couple friends.
