The condo was in a great location. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Also, hiking trails nearby that you could walk to. The condo was very clean and well stocked with the basics. Only complaint is it is dark in most areas. Not a lot of sunlight coming in.

Overall, the "Nepenthe" Development is well maintained and a pleasure to walk through. Also, our individual unit was clean and easy to enjoy.

The location of this condo is fantastic. You are very close to everything "Sedona" and will appreciate the convenience.

Nepenthe HOA Rules & Information:
It has a seasonal community pool, heated May thru September, possibly an additional 2 weeks in April or October, depending on the weather & temperatures each year. The Hot Tub is open year-round. Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub. No alcohol, glass, or food in the pool area. There is no on-street parking. Cars must be in the garage or carport. Not in guest parking spaces. Cars must be 18' or less long, and less than 70" high to fit in the garage. No RV parking is allowed.
