My husband and I stayed at Cathedral Splendor for just over one week and had a fantastic stay. The house was spotless and clean with plenty of room for us to spread out. We cooked all but one meal in the kitchen, which felt better stocked than our kitchen at home with every tool and gadget you could want. The grill outside was in great condition and there was a brand new coffee maker. Having a full size washer and dryer really helped keep us well-stocked with clean hiking clothes. The outdoor space was wonderful with tables, chairs, and couches in many places. The view of the Cathedral rock formation was astounding, especially as the sun set. We spent as much time as possible enjoying the outdoor space. We did have to work for two of the days during our stay and the internet strength was very strong (even outside!), with both of us on simultaneous video calls most of the day. Note we did not have cell service via AT&T at the house, but that was not problematic for us. Finally, the location was superb. Very quiet, but only a 10-15-minute drive to most places in downtown Sedona. We also loved being able to walk to multiple hiking trails right from the house.

We found this place to be perfect for our stay. We have Never been to Sedona And was not sure what to expect. We wanted to be able to walk to places, but most was booked and that was fine. This place gave us exactly what we needed. Privacy with close proximity to everything.
We had the most incredible views. Morning provided the beautiful Cathedral Rock beauty and nighttime gave us the most incredible starry Nights and a beautiful pace to see them both. The house was very clean and provided us with everything we needed. The owner was extremely responsive. Great place. We would stay again

Would be nice to have screen door on the master bedroom deck to allow a cross breeze. That room gets very warm and stuffy and we love fresh air.
Blinds in the living room bay window are hard to manage, so we left them up the whole time. Could not get the cable to work, confusing instructions, but we almost never watch tv.
House is very well stocked with utensils kitchen ware and towels and sheets.
Great views, very comfortable, great patio, just wish it was not on such a busy street.

This property was beautiful. The house was in a great location. It faces Cathedral rock and we got to see it at sunset every day. The house was clean and simply but nicely decorated. The house has an open floor plan which creates an open, cozy and welcoming feeling. It has comfy chairs that faces the cathedral rock through the picture window. It has a large flat screen TV. The kitchen was supplied with everything one needs to cook, eat and drink. There is a large, glass dining room table. The only thing missing was a tea kettle. The beds and pillows were comfortable. One bedroom is on the first floor. It has a large closet with lots of hangars and shelf space. The bathroom had everything necessary- fluffy towels, soap, lotion, curling iron and flat iron. The shower had excellent water pressure. The upstairs bedroom has incredible views and a large bathroom with spa tub. However, the shower has only a hand held shower. The deck has 2 lounge chairs and a table with umbrella and chairs-perfect for eating meals outside and viewing the incredible sunset on cathedral rock. There is a washer and dryer and iron and ironing board. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is lovely and well appointed, beds are comfortable. super clean. view is AWESOME. so pretty. she is very thoughtful in having all sorts of extras like flashlights, night lights, etc. would suggest that she leave a little sugar and some flour. there was coffee and some spices.
