Upon check out, I had the trash by the road and the yard crew was outside cleaning the property. I thought I had missed the garage truck, only to be reasuired that the truck was on it's way and they would put the can back in it's proper place.

The cottage was very clean. Bed's were comfortable and the atmosphere was peaceful and beautiful. The grounds were amazing and the property was easy to find. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you!

We called initially about heat and a grill. Your team got back to us with info right away. I also asked about recycling and checkout. Again , your team responded rapidly.

Our only issue was that they were building three houses across the street. It was very noisy from around 7am. That might be a dealbreaker for some folks and it would have been a good idea to let people know before they select the place to rent. We spent much of the day out hiking so the noise was only an issue in the early morning hours.

We had a plumbing issue and the staff was very polite, apologetic and helpful although the problem could not be fixed until the next day. It inconvenienced us only slightly and I understand these things happen. I also understand the need to help guests remember to treat the properties respectfully by charging fees for lack of cleanliness, moving furniture, etc as was pointed out so well in the check in information. Some small acknowledgment of our inability to do laundry or flush the toilet for 24 hours would have been a nice added touch.

Your team seem to handle things promptly but the appliance people that were to come and change the gasket on the washer , called with a time and never kept the appointment and never called back to explain. Please follow up on that.

Location is lovely near trails, A cute cottage, but the master bedroom has a bed that sqeeks with every toss and turn.. Very minimalist decor, a few scatter rugs would make it feel warmer.

My wife and I spent 4 weeks at the property and had a great time. The website photos, write-up and guest reviews are accurate. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well supplied. The property is quiet and surrounded by trees. Sedona has a world-class selection of day hikes within a short drive from the house, and there are a variety of trails just a few minutes' walk from the front door including several viewpoints for watching the sun set on Cathedral Rock. If you arrive at the house after dark, it would be a good idea to bring a flashlight so that you can see the lockbox.

The property exceeded our expectations for us four adult women - it was well equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. The beds were comfortable (sleep number beds). Our visit was in mid-April so we didn't need any heat or air and did not use the wood fire (although it was stocked with logs if we needed). Very convenient to several walking trails.
